PRODUCT INFORMATION
A women's knit that combines fluidity and modernity, the Velvet Vent V-Neck by RRD reimagines the classic V-neck with a refined velvet texture and the performance of the brand's technical fabrics.
Made from a soft, stretchy fabric with a velvety feel, it feels pleasant against the skin and offers a fit that flatters the silhouette in complete comfort. The design is defined by a clean V-neck and enhanced with side slits designed to provide maximum breathability and freedom of movement throughout the day.
A piece with an urban-tech spirit, perfect for pairing with tailored trousers or denim for a sophisticated casual-tailored look.

RETURN

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery (only one return may be made per purchase); remember to include the sales receipt in the package.

To start the return process, please fill out the following form (click here).

Returns are accepted only if the product is still in its original packaging, includes all the manufacturer's tags/labels, and has the return seal attached.

You can choose to receive a refund to the payment method used, receive a voucher to spend in the online store, or exchange the size.

Free returns are guaranteed only within Italy, for requests to exchange sizes or receive a coupon voucher.

For refund requests to the original payment method for orders placed in Italy, shipping costs (€7.00) are the customer's responsibility, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

For requests to exchange sizes and receive a refund to the original payment method for orders placed outside Italy, shipping costs (which vary depending on the country of residence) are the customer's responsibility, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders placed in Italy, if, after requesting a return for a size exchange or a refund issued as a coupon code, the customer decides to request an additional return for a refund to the original payment method, both the €7.00 shipping cost for the previous return and the €7.00 shipping cost for the new return will be deducted from the refund (for a total of €14.00).

For purchases made outside the country, return shipping is chargeable and amounts to the total shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

Once we receive the package at our warehouse and verify that it is intact and shows no signs of wear from use, we will issue a refund using the payment method used to place the order.

N.B. Refunds to the original payment method may take up to 10-14 working days.

If you chose the option to exchange the size or receive a coupon voucher to spend, we will ship the coupon voucher or the new product specified in the return form.
The coupon vouchers issued are valid and can be used exclusively in the online store.
