Creato nel 1978 per prevenire i problemi alla schiena dei bambini delle scuole svedesi, il Kånken è diventato uno dei prodotti più apprezzati di Fjällräven. La versione Mini è perfetta sia per i più piccoli sia per gli adulti che cercano uno zaino compatto e intelligente per l'uso quotidiano.
Realizzato in Vinylon F, un tessuto leggero, estremamente resistente e capace di respingere sporco e umidità, questo modello è ideale per la scuola materna, le gite o come borsa da tutti i giorni per libri, borracce e piccoli essenziali. L'ampio scomparto principale con apertura a zip facilita le operazioni di carico e scarico, affiancato da due tasche laterali piatte e da una tasca frontale con cerniera. All'interno della tasca posteriore è custodito un comodo cuscino di seduta in schiuma PE che impedisce al contenuto dello zaino di premere sulla schiena e offre una pratica seduta ovunque ci si trovi. Completano il design i manici superiori, le spalline sottili e regolabili adatte sia a schiene grandi che piccole (dotate di fermo per evitare ingombri), il logo riflettente frontale e un'etichetta per l'indirizzo all'interno.

You can return any item purchased on Brubaker within 15 days of the delivery date.

DELIVERY

Delivery of orders in Italy takes place on average within 2/3 working days, in international countries between 2 days and 15 days. Delays may occur during public holidays. For remote areas or islands, the delivery may be delayed by up to 7 working days.

Brubaker Store will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the couriers' delivery service. For this reason, upon delivery of the package, the customer is strongly required to verify that:

  • The packaging is intact and therefore there is no damage;
  • The sender of the shipment is Brubaker Store s.r.l.

If the package is damaged or does not comply with standards, the customer is asked not to accept the package from the courier and/or sign the receipt with reservation by contacting customer service as soon as possible at assistenza@laabesttrading.shop  

Any dispute regarding damage, missing items, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by laabesttrading.shop within a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date appearing on the courier's website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.

Brubaker Store s.r.l is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or delays due to force majeure.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free same-day local delivery service within a 5km radius of our physical store location, for orders placed before 4pm. From the moment of ordering, delivery will be made within 3 hours, making sure to respect the store opening hours. Local delivery is available from Monday to Friday and involves a single attempt, after which collection in store is expected. 

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

It is possible to collect the order for free at the headquarters of our physical store in Via Igino Garbini 29, 01100 Viterbo, Italy. Our staff will notify you via email when your order is ready. To collect your order on Saturday you will need to place it by 6pm on Friday.

 

TRACEABILITY'

When the order is shipped, Brubaker Store will send an email with the tracking code and a link from which it will be possible to follow the progress of the shipment. 

 

MADE

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery (a single return can be made for each purchase); remember to include the sales receipt inside the package.
The return is guaranteed only if the product is still inside the original packaging and if it has all the tags / labels of the manufacturing company.

You can decide whether to get a refund on the payment method you made, receive a voucher to spend in the online store or get a size change. To start the return procedure, we invite you to fill out the following form ( click here ) . 

Free returns are guaranteed only on national territory, for requests to change size or issue a coupon voucher.

For refund requests on the original payment method, shipping costs (€7.00) are paid by the customer, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the event that, following a return request for size change or issue of refund via coupon code, the customer decides to request a further return for refund on the original payment method, both the 7 €.00 of the shipping costs of the previous return and the €7.00 of the new return shipment (for a total of €14.00).

For purchases made outside the national territory, return shipping is subject to a fee, and amounts to the total shipping costs incurred during the purchase phase by the customer.

After making the request on the site in the "Request a return" section, you will receive an email / Whatsapp message containing a link through which you can book the collection of the package at home.

At this point you can send the package making sure it is intact and well closed to this address:

You will only have to prepare the shipment and wait for the courier to come to collect the return.

Once the package has been received in our warehouse and verified that it is intact and that there are no signs of wear and tear from use, we will issue the refund using the payment method with which the order was placed.

N.B. It may take up to 10-14 business days for a refund to your original payment method to be issued.

If you have chosen the option to change size or to receive a coupon voucher to spend, we will send the coupon voucher or the new product specified in the return form.
Coupon vouchers issued are valid and usable exclusively on the online store.
